By creating an account or using SADUAT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Beta Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SADUAT is an experimental platform in active development. Features, AI behavior, content, and storage may change, become unavailable, contain errors, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA where required) to use SADUAT. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the dreams, audio, comments, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SADUAT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

When you mark a dream as public or anonymous, you grant other users the right to view, search, comment on, and interact with that content within the Service.

You agree not to use SADUAT to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with systems you are not authorized to access;
• Scrape, mine, or extract content at scale without written permission;
• Submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights of others;
• Use the Service to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice to third parties.

SADUAT uses artificial intelligence to analyze dreams, generate interpretations, create images, and produce dream movies. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, fictional, misleading, symbolic, or incorrect.

Dream interpretations are provided solely for entertainment, creativity, and personal reflection. They are not psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on platform content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time from settings or by contacting support.

SADUAT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, accuracy of AI-generated content, or preservation of user content. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SADUAT and its contributors shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of content, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms as SADUAT evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
