Moderation Appeals

Any user whose content has been hidden or removed, or whose account has been restricted, warned, muted, suspended or terminated, may appeal the decision.

While the in-product appeal form is being built, please contact support@saduat.com with the subject line “Moderation appeal” and include:

• Your username or account email.
• The date and, if possible, the internal reference of the decision you received.
• The content or account concerned.
• Why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Appeals are reviewed within a reasonable time and, where possible, by a moderator other than the one who took the original decision.
