You retain ownership of the dreams, notes, comments, audio and other original content you submit to SADUAT (your “User Content”). Making a dream public or anonymous does not transfer ownership.

To operate the features you request — hosting your journal, generating interpretations, showing public dreams in feeds, creating dream movies — you grant SADUAT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to residual copies in backups and any records we must keep for legal reasons.

Private dreams, voice recordings and private maps are not used in marketing without separate explicit consent.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any text, audio or images you upload. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

AI outputs generated for you may have factual and legal limitations. SADUAT does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated material, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. See AI Transparency for details.

If you believe content on SADUAT infringes your copyright, please email legal@saduat.com with the subject line “Copyright complaint” and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work concerned.
• Link or internal reference to the allegedly infringing content.
• Your contact details.
• A statement of good faith that the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are (or are authorised to act for) the rights holder.
